Increase Your Productivity By 500 Percent In 200

Sarah Gregg seemingly “had it all.” Success, influence, a happy marriage. Yet something was missing.

So what did she do? What any of us would do if we were in her situation (NOT)! She and her husband sold all their belongings, began working remotely and traveled the world.

And guess what? Sarah realized she was still missing the contentment she was looking for. “I’m the same broken me but on a really pretty beach,” she said recently in an interview for The Problem With Perfect podcast. “This external fix is not going to work.”

Sarah began to be introspective about her life and her work and searched for ways to connect to her purpose. In her new book, Find Your Flow: Capture it, Use it, Make it Yours, she tells us how the longings of her personal life intersected with her professional knowledge of the psychology of flow.

In our two-part podcast series with Sarah, she walks us through her journey and the innovative method she created to use flow for greater productivity in tasks and greater fulfillment in life. She also shares some very practical dos and don’ts to help us overcome our innate negativity bias.

Sarah isn’t only smart and insightful, her advice is practical and easy to consume. Plus she is completely delightful! You might even end up adding her book to your wishlist. Mine is on its way and I can’t wait to read it.

Foundational to her practice is gratitude - something I am intentionally focusing on for 2020. If gratitude, increased productivity and a greater sense of contentment is something you could use in your life, then please give yourself the 28 minutes to listen to this podcast.
