Activities with Dad

Local Distillery or Brewery Tour

I love this idea because it’s a chance to do something fun with your dad! One of the best gifts you can give your dad is the gift of time. If your dad is anything like mine, he would love the chance to learn about whiskey, beer, etc, and how it’s all made. If you are in KC, I’ll link a tour I went on recently. It was so much fun to learn the history (mafia ties!!) and also drink some great whiskey and vodka.

  • This one is a blast! Take your dad to top golf and make it a family event. If you don’t have top golf where you live, I recommend going to a driving range or mini-golf. This is one of my new favorite activities to do with my dad! He gets to show off his skills and I get to learn something new!

Take him to dinner

  • This is a great option if you are looking to spend some quality one-on-one time with your dad. Take him to a place you know he will love and have some intentional conversation. Ask him about his life growing up, what he is passionate about now, and whatever else you’ve always wondered about him.
